An excellent opportunity has arisen for Sustainability-Energy Consultant to join our well established Sustainability Consultancy firm based in Oxfordshire.
Within the role you will be working on high profile projects within the Residential and Commercial Sectors, primarily working on Energy strategies
for planning and regulatory compliance.
The candidate must have previous experience of carrying out residential SAP Assessments. Qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) with
experience of the planning and Part L building regs process is desirable. You may also have experience of writing sustainability reports and strategies
for planning phases and dealing with local renewables obligation and requirements.

Our assessors need to be extremely well organised and demonstrate a keen attention for detail. Most importantly they will need to demonstrate a strong
client focus, positive personality and a strong team ethic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own projects, importantly
this includes liaison with our wider team and maintaining good communication with the client teams throughout.

•Hours of work - Full Time post. Normal working hours will be 37.5 hours per week.
