The Project : Grantham House involved the complete refurbishment and extension of a 1960’s Local Authority-built sheltered housing scheme to form 27 apartments and two family houses. It was important to the developers that both the appearance and the energy efficiency of the building were improved.

ERS Consultants Involvement:

ERS was contracted to carry out SAP energy calculations and Energy Performance Certificates, plus air and sound testing, and advice on energy efficiency and sustainability.

The end result is helping to regenerate the entire surrounding area, and the project has been entered into the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards for 2015.
